Most of us don't choose our starting point. Adverse childhood experiences, loss, setbacks, they shape us in ways that can take years to understand. But they don't have to define us. Channelled in the right way, the hardest parts of your story can become your greatest source of strength.
Life throws challenges at all of us, in our youth, in our careers, in the moments we least expect it. Progress is never linear and success rarely looks the way we imagined. But when we learn to understand ourselves, accept where we've come from and recognise strengths we didn't know we had, we become capable of far more than we thought possible.
I'm not here to talk about change from a distance. I'm here to get into the rooms where it's needed most, with organisations, teams, young people and individuals. Someone has to be bold, put their hand up and lead. That someone is me.

That has to change, not through noise, but through action. Through showing up consistently in the hardest environments and refusing to walk away.
The vision is simple: a generation of people, in boardrooms, on sports pitches, in communities, in schools, who understand that their past does not write their future. That resilience isn't something you're born with. It's something you build, one decision at a time, even when you don't believe in yourself yet.
